• Group therapy is a powerful process for connecting with others, using your voice to share your feelings, life experiences and telling your story.

My role as the therapist is to facilitate the process within the members of the group so that people share and respond to each other. As members come to trust each other – to learn how to share without being critical, judgmental or giving advice – each person risks more, deepening the sharing and connection.

When I have current clients who have similar experiences or would benefit from a group, I invite clients to join a group. It can be 2-6 people. It is like a practice arena for relationships, healing – and for life.
